Dharani Bhavan, Office Complex of Geological Survey of India, Kerala Unit, Thiruvananthapuram was inaugurated by Shri P. M. Tejale, Director General, Geological Survey of India in the presence of Dr. S. K. Bhushan, Deputy Director General, GSI, Southern Region on 24th January 2007.
The two-storeyed building constructed by CPWD is provided with a museum, conference hall, library, committee room, computer lab etc, apart from usual basic amenities. A landscaped garden with a water body in front of the main building along with shadow trees planted along the boundary will provide a relaxing and healthy work atmosphere.
